Shock and pressure waves
A projectile in the handpiece of the MASTERPULS MP100 accelerates a pneumatic pulse to a very high speed. The therapeutic shock wave arises when the projectile hits the shock-wave transmitter integrated in the handpiece. The shock wave is transmitted from the applicator surface into a depth of up to 4 cm in the pain or complaint zone to develop its healing effect.
